Muoi Tieu is a picturesque new restaurant in an old colonial house at 5 Hoi Vu, Hoan Kiem.
The seating area is on the front patio, which is open and breezy, with a transparent roof so the sunlight shines through, filtered by large, leafy trees.
The Green Benedict comes with smoked salmon, avocado, spinach, and kale-naise, at a reasonable VND115,000.
The Big Breakie, with bacon, sausage, roasted tomato, sauteed mushrooms and kale chips is available for VND135,000.
Muoi Tieu’s classic omelette is on the menu for VND85,000, filled with sausage, cheese, capsicum and spinach.

Muoi Tieu serves breakfast and lunch from 7am to 4pm. Dinner is still being developed, but will be available soon.
